Event Overview

For years I taught improv from the ground up, explaining all the "rules" bla bla bla. Rules are intimidating, boring and limiting, right? Well, I discovered if you teach people how to be present, all the “improv rules” happen organically. I created an improv technique called Presence Practice, which is designed to teach the improviser how to identify and access the true NOW. I teach presence first and then let the comedy emerge. The result is amazingly connected, intensely funny, deep, truthful scenes.

This workshop illuminates presence by teaching improvisers to use the breath to access the NOW and remove emotional blocks. These exercises are designed to open the improviser to experiencing their subtle energy body so that they can improvise from the body versus the mind. This workshop is guaranteed to teach you more about what holds you outside of the present moment,be it emotional blocks or structural blocks in your body, and it will train you to hold the frequency of presence for longer periods of time, much like meditation.

Get out of your head--and into your heart. Come practice improv consciously, raise your vibration in the process and be a part of the funniest, most authentic improv you’ll ever experience in non-linear time and space. This workshop is for anyone and everyone and I would love to have you.

The intensive is $150 a day or $275 when you book both days. Email hello@dabble.co if you'd like to register for both days! 30 spots available!
