In 2006, Courtney's bubbly personality, acting know-how and babysitting skills finally paid off together in one job. After taking classes at The Green Room, Sean and Murphy asked if she was interested in teaching their kids division. Courtney jumped at the opportunity and has had a strong presence at the Green Room since. Now, she teaches kids and adults alike. A proud member of the actor's union SAG-AFTRA, Courtney has done everything from musical theatre to on-camera to voice over. She has worked for great theatres like Madison Rep, Drury Lane, Noble Fool, Apple Tree, Illinois Shakespeare and Theatre at the Center. For voice over, Courtney can be heard on regional, national, and even global commercials. She's been in independent films, pilots and commercials, (the one she did with her husband for AT&T holds a special place in her heart.) Your kids might have played with a Disney V-Tech toy that she voiced for Doc McStuffins or Frozen, or talked you into a McDonald's Happy Meal after hearing her voice. Most recently, Courtney has become a certified life coach and is on a mission to help actors improve their mindsets and create happy, fulfilling lives.
