From your favorite boozy trio of teachers of Wine, Beer, and Whiskey Tasting Like A Pro comes everything you've ever dreamed of and possibly the best thing that ever happened in the history of man: Bacon Tasting Like A Pro.

Beer brewed with bacon? Yes, please. And wait, there exists a beer that tastes like bacon but doesn't actually have any bacon in it? What is this madness?! The granite of Cornas gives Syrah a leathery, meaty, spicy quality that whips your tongue like it's been a bad boy and the peat moss smoke of Islay Scotch practically requires purple velvet loafers or the arrival of your first-born son to merit the occasion.

This class will feature two flights of bacon-tastic beers, wines and scotches along with a delectable sampling of different kinds of speciality bacons from local ethical farms, chorizo, smoked cheeses, vegetarian bacons and soyrizo equivalents, and bacon-flavoured chili.
