This is a completely “hands on”, personalized session for help with your current WordPress blog OR Finally getting your very own WordPress blog launched!
IF YOU HAVE A WORDPRESS BLOG:
Schedule a time to come and ask me anything! I can assess your site, teach you how to outsource technical issues, discuss affiliate marketing and suggest widgets and plugins for optimization!
IF YOUR DON'T HAVE A WORDPRESS BLOG. We can:
1. Set up your domain + hosting, so you can launch your self hosted blog
(*Domain + Hosting is not included in the class fee).
2. Upload a working theme + show you how to search for and switch themes later.
3. Walk you through FOUR crucial steps to complete before launching your blog.
4. Review the WordPress dashboard and teach you how to create blog posts and pages, upload photos, and add a menu to your website
5. Explain the difference between widgets and plugins and show you how to use them.
6. Take Home: A Tutorial Booklet to follow along and use for future reference.

Erika considers herself a sharp observer, noticing and appreciating details most people don’t think twice about. You could say she was born to be an editor.
In her role as Fashion Editor for (614) Magazine, Erika was able to integrate her affinity for both journalism and editorial styling. She has been afforded opportunities to attend New York Fashion Week and the Victoria’s Secret fashion show in order to keep up the latest and hottest trends. Erika also served as the “Fashion Expert” for This Is Columbus as well on the Fashion Week Columbus designer & model selection committees.
In her efforts to become the next Anna Wintour, she learned that while she loves to write, edit and style, what’s even more rewarding is inspiring others. Thus she co-founded Haute Blog, a pop-up workshop for women who want to learn to blog or build their website on WordPress and establish their online identities.
Erika’s positive, “can-do” attitude and down-to-earth qualities have made her a go-to force for photo, wardrobe and website styling, as well as content marketing and social media strategy.
When she isn’t styling a photoshoot, launching a client website or blogging at www.babeskills.com, you can find Erika relaxing with her furbaby, practicing yoga or trying a new restaurant!
