Developing communication skills are essential, and concepts stick when you're having fun! This workshop will allow you to practice taking risks in a low-stakes environment and see why improvisation training can help you be in the moment.
This class will have you up and moving and laughing, so get ready to work your ab muscles and your brain muscles!
We will focus on:
Active Listening - listening to understand vs. listening to respond
Thinking on your feet - Don't let you get in the way of you! Trust your gut!
Teambuilding - getting to a "yes and" mindset!
