MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST
Camilla is a Classic Canning lead instructor and has been conducting Water Bath canning classes in Chicago with this company for over the past two years, to help others learn the joy of canning your own foods . Classic Canning educates people who may be intimidated by canning, that this is a safe fun and easy method to preserve foods. We emphasize safety and following USDA canning recommendations for all participants. We enjoy when people realize how simple and safe the process actually is, then start canning for themselves.
