Event Overview

Everyone loves dulce de leche. But once you taste her cousin Cajeta, you may never go back. Cajeta is a slow cooked caramel made with goat's milk instead of cow's milk. It adds a bit of tang and tends to be smoother.

We'll go over the differences between cajeta and dulce de leche and then whip up a batch of the good stuff. The process isn't always quick and easy, but the class is BYOB and is a great way to sit, stir and chat up new people.

By the end of the class, everyone will take home a small jar of cajeta, a few recipes for making your own variation and maybe meet a new friend or two.
