Lucky for you, all three are included in my bootcamp! No more excuses!
Each class will be an action packed, fun filled full body workout led by certified fitness instructor Mary Casula. We will use body weight exercises as well as various equipment using ladders, kettle bells, medicine balls, and weights.
Be ready to get fit and toned. All levels welcomed.

Having a love of health and fitness has led me to delve into the fitness industry full force. I am a certified veteran fitness instructor with an expertise in a wide variety of disciplines including kickboxing, cycle, running, cardio, strength, and flexibility training. My outdoor bootcamps are great for getting fit and having fun at the same time.
