Event Overview

Powerful, intense & dynamic, Corebar allows functional training with a specially designed ergonomic bar- a full body workout that focuses on endurance, strength & balance. Creator Anita Tonne developed this new training form with physical therapists, personal trainers & elite athletes.

Combining exercises from disciplines like yoga and Pilates, the bar makes it more efficient. Natural & reciprocal movements increase the activity of the core muscles enormously, stabilize the spine & promote balance while burning a lot of calories. Due to the dynamic, fast & varied workout, Corebar is an efficient workout that is fun!

Sue has been involved in dance and fitness for most of her life. At the start of her professional fitness career, Zumba® had become an incredible way to bridge her background in Latin Dance together with her desire for more enticing cross training methods as an avid endurance runner. The result was less injury, increased cardio endurance, and loads more fun. This inspired her complete her AFAA group fitness certification and pursue other energizing & strength building formats such as PiYo Strength, Corebar HIIT & FIT and TurboKick.

As an entrepreneur with her own social media speaking & consulting business, teaching fitness classes is yet another powerful venue for Sue to provide transforming solutions and inspire people in a non-intimidating environment. Sue is thrilled to have the opportunity to deliver these amazing fitness programs while sharing her passions for fitness, music & movement.
