Every one deserves to live their dream at work because work is such an integral part of our identity, and we owe it to ourselves to build the life we are passionate about.  In this exciting new workshop, Crystal presents insightful information about career strategies in a fun and interactive format. 


The goal of this workshop is to motivate you and to reflect on what you really want out of your career and how to bring as many pieces of the "magic" formula into your workplace. You will also learn strategies to create new opportunities for feedback, gaining support and identifying mentors. Research has proven that learning happens naturally when students can practice new skills in a relaxed environment.

Crystal L. Harris, PhD is founder and Director of Pursue Higher Dreams Coaching, a career coaching business that specializes in working with millennials, new professionals and people planning retirement transitions. Over the past 10 years Crystal has designed and presented workshops and classes for college students, alumni networks and community organizations. Her innovative approaches are formed by a wealth of experience in corporate settings, school districts, universities and faith based programs. Her energetic presentation style is motivating and provides participants with rich practical content that can be applied immediately. In addition to providing individual and group career coaching; she also consults with industry leaders on how to help the next generation of American workers face the challenges of the jobless economy. Her unique and diverse background in counseling psychology and project management positions her to assist participants in finding three dimensional strategies to clarify their aspirations and align resources to take courageous steps towards their goals. In each workshop she creates a safe space where clients can face their obstacles and honestly examine their current situation in order to harness the “magic” in their dreams. In the final step that magic is poured out onto journal pages, workbooks, vision boards or collages. Her ultimate life goal is to help more people live their dreams at work.
