Using imagery to capture what you want in your life and how you want to feel about your life can be very powerful - and that's the essence of vision boards. According to a recent Huffington Post article, "When you create a vision board and place it in a space where you see it often, you essentially end up doing short visualization exercises throughout the day."
Join us as we gather for a fun and relaxing afternoon looking through magazines, cutting out images and words that jump out at us, and pasting them on generous pieces of paper to create personalized collages that speak to the future.
To bring:
Magazines that are packed with lots of images
A pair of scissors
Glue, tape, and paper will be provided.
Coffee, tea, and snacks will also be provided!
3 to 5 magazines, if you have them. These can be on any topic but best if they have lots of images.
All ages welcome
Glue, tape, paper plus coffee, tea, and snacks!

This was such a fun and positive experiende! It was nice to be able to create a vision board in an environment that fostered inclusivity and commitment to the activity. I would definitely attend again!

I had so much fun! Jill, instructor and owner of Bespeak Studios, created a warm and comfortable environment for a group of strangers to create such personal boards. She gave instructions and had lots of materials on hand, Even though we were all in the "zone", there was plenty of camaraderie and conversation to go around. I've already signed up for her next vision board gathering in March!
