Cooking Competition & Dinner
Each pair gets a mystery bag of ingredients. You have 1 hour to make your entree. You must use all the ingredients in your bag. You will have access to the chef's pantry to help create a dazzling plated dish to present to the judges. Light hors d' oeuvres will be provided as well a family style meal after the competition. BYOB

For over 14 years, Lori has been personal chef and caterer in the Chicago land area. She has mainly focused on teaching others that eating healthy doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor or variety. Her travels and food "nerdy-ness" has influenced her variety and adventurous classes in the kitchen.
