Chef John has 12+ years of restaurant industry experience including Michelin stared restaurants in Napa valley, San Fransisco, Miami, and Chicago. He enjoys all things outdoors and likes to share his love of local, simple, and seasonal ingredients. Currently, he works for Le Cordon Bleu as a culinary arts instructor.
