Event Overview

The Mediterranean diet is a heart-healthy eating plan according to world renowned Mayo clinic. Come Hungry as we will have plenty of Middle Eastern food to eat and explore!

Class is offered by one of our chefs from Lilias Cuisine.

Hands on learning, and the chance to enjoy a delicious meal.

The menu (Vegan friendly!) includes:

1- Pita bread: Whole Wheat as well as white made from scratch
2- Lebanese pizza topped with herbs, sesame and Extra virgin olive oil
3- Smoked Baba Ghanough, made with Eggplant, Tahini "sesame paste", Fresh lemon juice, Garlic topped with extra virgin olive oil.
4- Tabbouleh Salad: Lebanese National Salad made with : Parsley, Tomatoes, green onion, fresh lemon juice, Extra Virgin olive oil.

This class is perfect for couples, groups of friends and families looking to try something new. Students between the age of 13 and 18 years old are welcome, but must be accompanied with Adult.
