Learn how to master the art of preparing seafood to perfection with Chef Christopher Tong of the Chicago-based private gourmet dining service, My Private Chef. During this demonstration-style class, you will learn how to pick the freshest fish. Chef Tong will answer your questions, discuss preparation, and offer tastes of each of the prepared dishes. Everyone will receive fabulous recipes to try at home. 


Chef Tong's Menu: 



  • Sea Scallops with Champagne-Vanilla butter sauce

  • Maple-soy glazed Salmon, shiitake mushrooms and jasmine rice

  • Pumpkin Mousse
