Event Overview
Ever wonder how to effectively manage many customers, and not lose the quality of service you provide each of them? Or, to manage many sales opportunities, and be able to close effectively, regardless of if you sell to individuals (eBay, Etsy), small companies or large corporates?
Enter Customer Relationship Management (CRM). CRM makes it easier for companies and individuals to create a discipline around managing customer relationships, opportunities, and interactions, and provide a consistent level of service to each of them. Moreover, they give a clear picture of the health of your business. After all, preparation is a huge part of selling, and even more when it comes to managing relationships.
The goal of the class is to introduce CRM, and how your business can start using this to manage, track and view customer relationships and interactions.
- Challenges companies face in managing customer relationships
- What is CRM? How can they address challenges?
- Concept of a sales pipeline (opportunity management)
- Integrating sales, marketing, customer service and support functions
- Creating unified experience (emails, conversations, etc.) in interacting with customers
- Review a CRM software package (Pipedrive, Base CRM, etc.)
The goal of the class is to educate you on how to apply these concepts to your business, and increase the levels of service you provide your customers.
This class will be highly interactive, so please be prepared to participate!
