Chicago Supper Club (CSC) is a pop-up dining experience that celebrates local farmers in the Midwest and seasonal ingredients. CSC is hosted at a different venue throughout Chicago, such as local farms, stores, and other venues and is designed to bring people together for an intimate, informal, relaxed dining experience. These four-course dinners are set to suit the produce available at that time of year. The menus are set before the event, and cannot be changed for individual guests. December's Seasonal Menu:
CSC is typically held Thursday- Sundays but can be booked for private events or special celebrations.
Appetizers: Duck rillettes, pickled celery and root vegetables
Sides: Roasted parsnips + fennel + orange
Pasta: Kale & basil pesto + sweet potato gnocchi
Entree: Slow roasted brisket + creamy carrot
Dessert: Carrot cake + whipped cream cheese frosting
Dinners are BYOB.

Chicago native Chef Sam considers herself a professional eater. Her career as a sushi chef started 6 years ago and in that short time she has had the opportunity to work under the best sushi chefs in the city, including working at a prominent sushi restaurant located in Downtown Chicago. She also spent 4 years as a private chef, where she gains skills in teaching and food education.
