8/9 - Getting others to know who you are: Branding, marketing and social media
8/16 - Getting started: Prospecting, referrals and building your client base

8/30 - Getting the sale: Closing techniques and handling objections

As a Regional Manager with the largest financial services company in the U.S., Felisha has mastered the picture perfect presentation and a sales formula that gets results.

Over the years, she led her peers by staying at the top of the leader's bulletin. She has learned that branding, marketing and social media play a major part in the success of her business. Every day is filled with her teaching a team about prospecting, getting referrals and building a client base. She knows that people are her real inventory. However, nothing happens until you have learned to set and confirm appointments, handle initial concerns and real objections, and master closing.
