Teaching: Your Product or Service: The Procrastinator's Guide to Opening a Business
You have your idea, now it’s time to reign it in. Don't try to sell all the products you can get your hands on, offer all the services you can think of, or put all the features in your app, that might not be necessary!
Things you’ll be armed with when you leave:
• Be able to specify the core product or service
• Create a minimal menu of items, minimal viable product or services that can be made scalable
• Discover if you're going into an existing market or an emerging market
• Research and have creative ways to see if your product or service is needed or wanted

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST
An experienced entrepreneur, Lester Palmiano began his career at age 18 from clerk to commodities manager. Since then he has owned two small businesses - a Lakeview tea lounge, and a North side dog day care service. In addition to owning these businesses, he was responsible for building them from the ground up, creating business plans and strategies, managing them, and aiding in their transition to new owners. Discovering his passion for teaching from his popular tea tastings and classes at the tea lounge, coupled with over 10 years of business knowledge, he recently created the consulting firm: akala Business Consulting.
