Event Overview
Learn how to use Excel in this hands-on workshop. Learn proper data entry, formatting, how to sort and filter data, merge cells, and how to insert rows and columns. Learn to create simple formulas that can be used in a variety of situations for both work and at home. Learn how to download and work with Excel templates, and more.
Students will receive a thorough review of the Excel Ribbon Tab and menu options. (The class will be studying Excel 2013).
This is not a lecture only class. This is a hands-on workshop. Students will be creating spreadsheets and practicing what they are learning throughout the day.
What to Bring
Students should bring a laptop with Excel 2013 installed and a charger. This is a six-hour class.

Prerequisites
Students will need a laptop with Microsoft Excel already installed on their computer.

Katriel has used Excel for over 15 years and has taught beginner level and intermediate level Excel and other Microsoft products for the past seven years. Excel has many uses and Katriel has used Excel to create budgets, research databases, invoices and perform data analysis.
