Event Overview

It's that time of year again! Come dine with us this farmers market season! The Dinners will be made entirely from your local farmers markets produce and proteins. Learn about seasonality and your neighborhood farmers market. The class will be based on the previous days findings at the market and cooked in a way that highlights the flavor of each ingredient. Participants will receive a copy of each recipe as well as a live demonstration of the techniques used. Guests will then sit down to a three course dinner served family style after the cooking demo. Please feel free to BYOB!

Daniel is a Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Chicago and owns his own catering company 'Whatever Lola Wants'. He has been cooking for over 15 years and enjoys sharing his passion for food with his students every day. His work experience in 3 Michelin star restaurants such as The French Laundry drives his desire for excellence.
