AIR® MELT Workshop


Learn flexibility and deep stretch techniques for aerial work. Many advanced aerial moves require not only strength, but flexibility in order to safely & comfortably master the poses. In AIR® MELT, you will feel supported by the hammock in each stretch. We will utilize the hammock’s relationship with gravity to deepen the effects while the gentle motion of the hammock soothes your stress and rocks you into a state of relaxation. You will leave more open in your hips, hamstrings, shoulders, spine and more! All levels welcome! No previous experience required.
