Event Overview

Join Ernesto Lopez, owner and lead designer at Oak Leaf Garden Design, and create a one of a kind Tillandsia (Air Plant) Centerpiece using fall materials including your very own pumpkin. Workshop fee is $70 per person, includes all materials, step-by-step instructions, and details on how to care, and maintain your centerpiece. We will have additional supplies, and plants can be purchased separately. Unfortunately, due to material costs, cancellations 7 days before class cannot be refunded. Adult drinks and small bites will be shared.

Founder Ernesto Lopez studied Fashion Merchandising at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology and completed additional horticulture coursework at Joliet Junior College and the New York Botanical Garden. He has completed hundreds of memorable designs for clients in NYC, Chicago and LA, and has received merits from the Illinois Landscape Contractors' Association and a winner of Martha Stewart's American Made Contest in Floral/Garden category.
