Event Overview
Grab your crew, grab your brew and design (and help make) the glass drinking vessel of your dreams! After watching a short demo with lot's of explanation of the glassblowing process, you'll start designing the finest cup, mug or pilsner glass. While chillin' and sippin', you'll choose colors, a vessel shape and a handle variety and watch glassblowing in action. Then, you'll step up and work with professional glassblowers to see your design made real and help in the process while your friends cheer you on!
Glass needs to be cooled slowly, so your piece will be available for pick up or shipment approximately two days after your class.

Kit Paulson has been blowing glass for approximately 13 years, having received her BFA from Alfred University. She has taught glassblowing at studios around the Chicagoland area since 2005, including: Making Glass, Chaos Glass, and (currently) Chicago Hot Glass.
