Event Overview
This 45-minute bootcamp is designed to target every muscle group. A combination of strength training and cardio in a circuit training style, this bootcamp is perfect for beginners and athletes alike. Get ready to enjoy the outdoors, break a sweat and feel accomplished.
Fitness is not a punishment for eating. Fitness is a way to take control of the world around you, spit in its face, and run away laughing. You are much more powerful than you give yourself credit for – and my job is to help you see that.
What to Bring
Come with a water bottle, dressed to move, and wearing tennis shoes.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST
Madeline graduated from the University of Illinois with a dual degree in Theatre Studies and Advertising. While at university, she decided that she was tired of being upset about her size, and challenged herself to workout for at least 30 minutes every day. This little challenge, along with a new interest in nutrition, taught her that fitness didn’t have to be a chore and resulted in her losing over 50 lbs and running her first half marathon.
After graduating, she wanted to help others achieve the newfound confidence and vivacity for life that she had. She earned her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in early 2016 and has been training ever since.
