In The Kitchen with Chicago Market: Brunch For Beginners!
Love eating brunch but intimidated by the thought of cooking it for your friends and family? Come to this hands-on class and learn how to duplicate some of your favorite brunch dishes at home! We’ll cover the basics of cooking eggs and teach you to make the perfect egg frittata, breakfast tostadas and even brunch cocktails. We’ll all sit down together to enjoy a delicious brunch and leave with confidence to create brunch at home with ease.
This class is BYOB, and we recommend bringing Champagne to make a brunch cocktail with!

Chicago Market will be a big, bright, beautiful community-owned grocery store featuring local, sustainably farmed, organic produce, meat and dairy products, as well as all of the other staples you’d expect from your market. It will be a community hub where shoppers can enjoy the juice and coffee bar while attending workshops, classes, meetings and performances.
