Event Overview

Have you ever wondered how to make butter? Ever wanted to impress a crowd by bringing out a jar of fresh, homemade butter? Then this is the class for you!

This hands-on workshop will teach you the modern ways of making butter (no more hours hunched over a churn!) with fresh local cream and provide tips for making sure your butter is of the highest quality and has the longest shelf life. Anyone can make butter, so come one, come all!

Included in the event fee will be the butter students make, which can be customized either as plain, honey butter, or bacon butter. We'll have fresh bread and a variety of jams to pair with the homemade butter and bread.
