3rd in the Happy Eats Healthy Kitchen Series, but great as a stand alone class as well!

Grains and legumes are delicious misunderstood morsels of nutrition. They have gotten a bad wrap due to diets like paleo and South Beach. In this class we will review varieties of grains, their nutritional value and how best to prepare them. Expect recipes like Minty Quinoa, Brown Rice Risotto, Lemon Herb Millet and White Bean Puree.

3.5 hours BYOB Gluten and Dairy Free

Happy Eats Healthy classes are based on whole, clean food with a focus on anti-inflammatory ingredients.
