This class starts at the beginning with basic knife skills and pantry organization and moves into healthy essential staples, tools and batch cooking. It's an essential starter class no matter what your current cooking skills. Expect to make and taste smoothies, guac-mmus wrap, raw zucchini spaghetti and quinoa salad. Recipes go home with you!
