Meet Homemade Coconut Yogurt. Your belly and budget's new best buddy.

In this class you'll learn how to make naturally fermented yogurt from coconut milk with only 3 ingredients. We'll cover the basics of fermentation, sterilizing jars (easier than it sounds) and where to source ingredients. Then we'll whip up a batch of coconut yogurt together. If you've never fermented anything at home, this is a perfect, easy first project. (hint: it only takes 12-24 hours and there's no smell).

You'll sample finished yogurt in class and leave with a 4-ounce mason jar of your own coconut yogurt ready to ferment at home and eat the next day! Plus a printed recipe and serving ideas. Yum yum.
