Hi, I'm Martin. I have been working in a kitchen for 3 years. I'm in culinary arts and hotel management major in college, and graduate from ABC Bartending school. Well come to my class, Each class I will show you some home cooking food that is easy and delicious. I can show you foods from all over the world, from how to make a Chinese dumpling, Thai curry, to homemade Pasta, classic France cuisine and new modern molecular gastronomy. Each day of my class I'll demonstrate the dish, while you enjoy the drinks I made for the day, after that you will have recipe that you can take home. Please feel free to email me your question if you have any question. So come and share my Michelin home cooking.

A little background about me: I was born in a Chinese family in Shanghai. My father is a doctor and my mom was from a chef family. The parents believe that I was born into a chef since when I cooked a meal at age 12, after my parents come back from work. And I believe myself so. I started to learn how to be a chef , 5 years ago I came to US. for high school. Due to my offer, I become a chef assistant. Then I took a look at my high school food, " are these really healthy?" Then I started working on healthy and special classification food for people who want eat healthy. I have been working on personal food for 3 years, I cook for people who want healthy, diet, vegetarian, and weight cutting sports player. A lot people said that " unhealthy food taste good, and healthy meal taste bad" Well I don't agree so. The best food must be taste good and healthy at the same time.
