    We got to watch how to make the soups and then taste them. It was a good classroom setting.

    The class was a neat mid-week demonstration of complex winter soups, but it was a little difficult to follow along at times because the chef was making the three different soups at once. The soups were delicious though, and I'm glad the class wasn't too expensive!
