Just in time for Spring and Summer, take our ICE -21 class! What is Ice-21? It's the combination of ice cream or sorbet with liquor. Think of it...Chocolate Merlot Chip Ice Cream, Apricot Champagne Sorbet or maybe Cosmo-Cranberry Sorbet?
In this class, Chef Joe will assist in a hands on ice cream making class teaching you exactly how to create a delicious liquor infused "Ice-21" frozen treat. Discuss different techniques and recipes. You will learn how to make ice cream or sorbet and finish with frozen tasting.
Great things come in small packages. mL (milliliter) is an intimate venue located at 1519 W Balmoral Ave. Chicago, IL 60649 (between Ashland & Clark). It’s a one-room teaching space to learn all types of crafts and a kitchen for cooking classes.

Joseph is a lover of all things wine, cooking and learning. A Chef and Graduate of Kendall College, he brings his culinary talents to each class. Joseph, (an Entrepreneur of many businesses - including two restaurants), teaches at mL dishing up eclectic and inventive marvels - with step by step tutorials to past the time while learning a new cooking skill. . His friendly and sociable personality welcomes each student immediately when they walk in the door. Each class of Joe's flies by filled with his overflowing fullness to chat, sharing stories, and laughter.
