Event Overview
Give your kids the chance to make a beautiful and unique Mother's Day gift. Kids will use non-toxic Tempera paint and pre-laser cut wooden flowers to design their own beautiful bouquet.
Participants of this class will pick from a large selection of pre-laser cut wooden flowers and paint colors to produce a colorful and unique gift for Mom. Basic painting techniques will be introduced, in a fun, no-pressure environment. Parents are more than welcome to join in, or they can feel free to step back and let the kids get creative.
Kids will learn the basics of working with laser cut wood, general painting skills and different ways to use color.

Hannah is a graphic designer, with a degree from Columbia College Chicago. In addition to graphic design, she also studied art history, printmaking, illustration and drawing. Through her studies and work experience, she has developed exceptional skills in art and design. Hannah loves sharing her knowledge and techniques with others, especially children. When she's not immersed in an art or graphic design project, Hannah enjoys creating pieces for her jewelry line, cooking and knitting.
