If you drink one store-bought kombucha a day, you are spending over $1400 a year on kombucha! Get everything you need to start your very own kombucha home-brewery in this special 2 session tutorial. Classes will cover primary tea fermentation, bacteria and yeast, benefits, troubleshooting, flavoring, bottling, and secondary fermentation. Participants will recieve a kick-starter kit, which can by taken home and used to ferment kombucha... indefinitely! Each participant will brew one gallon of kombucha on the first class day, and will bottle and flavor 6 bottles of kombucha in the second class.
Class #1: November 19th, 12pm
Fermenting Kombucha: primary fermentation, bacteria & yeast, benefits, troubleshooting
Class #2: December 3rd, 12pm
Flavoring, Bottling, and Secondary Fermentation

What's Provided
Each student will receive a kombucha starter kit.
