Have you ever struggled with a multi-region learning program rollout? Do you ever wonder what you could do differently to make it go smoother? Global learning & performance leaders need to engage and inspire employees but also understand the challenges involved in order to develop strategies to overcome common barriers and understand regional implications.

In this session, we will discuss our tried and true best practices in managing successful implementations of international learning programs using real-world examples from working in global work teams. We will cover a model and explore implementation strategies through case studies as demonstrated from our experienced presenters. We will cover implementation examples to demonstrate key best practices in implementing international learning programs with a business impact.

Tiffany Prince, owner of Prince Performance, provides training/ facilitation, change management techniques and business strategy processes to a range of companies and industries. Tiffany is an experienced Change Practitioner with first-hand knowledge of Business Professional Services, US Federal Government, Financial Services and Biotechnology sectors. She has designed and led international development and change programs in the US and EMEA region, working with Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 companies. Her expertise encompasses Consulting, Change Management, Coaching, Project Management and Lean.

As Director, Curriculum Solutions-EMEA with ESI, Tiffany led a team that analyzed, designed and delivered customized learning programs for internal and external stakeholders, enabling client organizations to meet critical strategic goals through the alignment of capability and methodology. Tiffany is also a skilled Trainer and Facilitator, having served 10 years as Training Manager within the Biotechnology industry with Lonza Biologics and Amgen.

Tiffany was awarded a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Global Business Management, from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She has served as the President of the Metro DC Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development, having previously served as Director of Programs and Vice-President of Finance. She was invited to join the Learning Directors Network within the Learning Performance Institute, an exclusive network for Learning & Development Directors in leading UK and Global learning and performance organizations. She holds various certifications in Performance Consulting, Agile, Lean, Change Management and Front-End Analysis.
