Event Overview

Create an ongoing practice through meditation and movement to explore your relationship with the natural world. This class includes an introduction to the practice of meditation, with discussion to provide opportunities to reflect on how meditation and movement practices affect us and our thoughts. You'll learn the basics of meditation (both stationary and walking techniques), how to use your meditation experiences to connect with nature, and receive helpful handouts and readings to take home with you.
