Event Overview
Mindfulness is about being present and meditation helps to release any toxic energy to replace with positive energy. A busy mind and schedule can be overwhelming, so indulge in some self-care to rejuvenate and reinvigorate YOU. This class will teach mindful breathing and meditation techniques to cope with the daily stressors of life, cleanse and relax the mind and body, and will end with a special treat of tasty non-alcoholic cocktails. Find your inner peace!
*There will be a combination of sitting and lying down
*Towel rental $4
*Cushion rental $3
*First-time participants must complete and submit waiver (see instructor prior to class)

Dr. L. Annette Drain, affectionately known by her clients as “Dr. L.”, is an international psychologist, author, professor, and licensed clinical therapist. As the founder of L3 Group LLC, she works with clients in varying capacities, including mental health counseling, business coaching, professional writing, and speaking engagements. Dr. L. greatly loves traveling, practicing yoga, trying different cuisines, and challenging herself by experiencing new adventures.
