Event Overview

This is a beginning form of Yang style. It is quick and simple and can be done in small spaces. It is a building block for the larger forms. It can be very meditative depending on how slow you refined your movements get.

In this class we will learn eight steps of the movement that will help build hand-eye coordination. We will also learn breathing techniques and warm-ups that will help synchronize the movements to the breath. This way one can coordinate movement with breath, and build upon the practice.

The form is simple and will help anyone of any age.
