This hour & 15 min class is a combination of yoga, reflection, and guided meditation designed to help you find more balance in all aspects of your life. Together we'll break down a yoga pose into manageable parts, and practice being in and out of balance in the pose. Then meditation teaches you how to check in with different body parts, and then equally balance the entire body.
What to Bring
Yoga mats will be provided, or bring your own. Notebook, if you like to take notes.

Jennifer Gaspers is a Licensed Massage Therapist, CranioSacral Therapist (2005), and certified Hatha Yoga Teacher (2011). Her specialties include Myofascial Release, CranioSacral & Energetic Therapies, Reflexology, Deep tissue & Acupressure, and Shiatsu. With experience in Chinese Medicine, like cupping & gua sha, as well as rehab massage, Jennifer believes strongly in leveraging multiple modalities to facilitate healing and bring her clients meaningful, lasting results.
Jennifer's intimate yoga classes at Healing Foundations are inclusive of all levels of experience and strive to connect the transformative power of yoga to each participant's everyday life. In every class, her focus is to help you cultivate gratitude for exactly who you are in the present moment as well as to support your own journey of self-discovery.
When Jennifer isn't teaching or helping others feel good in their body, she spends her time running, creating recycled jewelry, and exploring philanthropic work. Jennifer is a returned Peace Corps volunteer. She spent time in Swaziland where she started the Bambanani Project of Swaziland, a project that taught business, marketing, and handicraft skills to community members. Jennifer attributes her experiences in Swaziland for shaping who she is today.
