Event Overview

In this 90-minute seminar, participants will learn the basics of healthy eating and factors to consider when designing a personalized nutrition plan. Topics will include: calorie balance, macronutrients, micronutrients, supplements, and goal setting.


We'll cover not only WHAT to eat but also HOW to build healthy eating into your regular day to day life in a way that doesn't feel hard or is short-lived. This isn't a 30-day challenge or a "strict" dietary protocol. Instead, we focus on lasting behavioral change that enables you to reach your health and fitness goals within the context of your lifestyle.


All participants will receive a 4-week meal plan, a body composition analysis report, and a follow up 30-min phone consultation after the event.
