Gnocchi can be made from semolina flour, breadcrumbs, ricotta, wheat flour, egg, potato, sweet potato and any combination thereof, as long as the form recalls a knot or knuckle as the name commands. In this two hour class, you will learn how to make a simple potato gnocchi by hand, and how to make a tomato sauce. Students will get to bring home the gnocchi they make, so remember to bring a to-go container.
Several Chicago food items will be provided to give the full Taste of Chicago experience.
This class is BYOB, but I've got you covered with openers and glasses!
