Managing Conflict

Event Overview

Everyone experiences conflict but few of us learn how to manage it effectively except by experience - "trial and error." The sooner a person learns how to manage conflict the sooner they'll begin controlling their lives.

I've created a course, accessible as directed below, which offers some "Tricks of the Trade" for managing conflict including an electronic audio/video presentation with an e-book. The course is 40 minutes, broken up into 7 parts each about 6 minutes long, so it's easy to "digest."

This is an ideal gift from someone who really cares about our future and can be purchased and used all online.  Look me up on LinkedIn if you'd like more about my background. www.linkedin.com/in/stephendibiase/
