Event Overview

Love pie but feel intimidated by pie crust? Learn to make a delicious and versatile pie crust and create a picture perfect pie. Students will learn some tips and tricks to create the perfect pie crust, and then use that crust to create several different pies. Pies include a lemon tart, a seasonal fruit hand pie, and a fruit and almond galette.

This class will be taught by Chicago pastry chef Kelly Dull.

Refund/cancellation policy:

A full refund will be provided for cancellations requests received from customers up to one week (seven days) before the event. No refund or store credit will be provided for cancellation requests received less than a week before the event.
