Students will learn the hand building practices of coil building, pinch pots, and slab building. Enjoy creating with your friends in our casual BYOB Friday night version of clay class! Tips and techniques in finishing a piece will be discussed and each student will get to bring home their original piece of non functional clay art. Dabblers will use self-hardening clay, so they can paint their masterpieces at home on their own.
Come create an original piece of art. Come be inspired by the possibilities of a lump of clay and push and pinch your way to a masterpiece. This class is great for the complete beginner or artists looking to try a new medium.
