MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST
I grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and if there's one thing we know well, its seafood and most importantly the Maryland Blue Crab. When i was little, I would catch Blue Crabs off my grandparents dock with a piece of string with raw chicken tied to the end. We'd take them home, steam them and pick them. Crab cakes were made with the left over crabs. All the kids would pick the leftover crabs and place the meat in a bowl. My mother would them make her famous crab cakes. Living in Chicago I miss the food from back home and have perfected a Maryland crab cake without having fresh crab meat available. Cooking as always been a passion of mine, in high school I was called The Grill Master.
