Hi I'm Claudia Braun the owner/director of Living Mindfully Health Coaching. I left a corporate job to live a more authentic life supporting women to live connected to their bodies in a whole and loving way. I began working with clients in 1993 to support them to feel more balanced and whole in their life.

I coach women with inspiration, guidance and education to let go of the diet mentality, the weight obsession to feel free and amazing in their body and life.

Personally, I'm a native of Chicago, a nature lover, with creative inclinations of painting, photography and guitar playing, and adore my funny 4 legged friend Jason.
