Come learn how to have an amazing night out...without letting alcohol ruin the party!

This class isn't about abstinence from alcohol, but rather learning moderation and new skills, specifically if you want to learn how to drink less because you struggle with drinking too much when you do!

This class is for those that:

- Want to learn how to have fun while drinking less.
- Are tired of getting smashed!
- Are interested in learning fun, alcohol-free drink recipes.
- Are curious about drinking in moderation.

You will learn and take away with you:

1. How to set yourself up for fun before you go out: This includes having a plan & mindset, setting intentions, and learning new strategies.

2. How to be classy while you're out on the town: This includes tips for drinking in moderation and tips so you don't get smashed.

3. How to reflect the morning after: This includes celebrating your accomplishments, and what to do if you've slipped up.

You will also leave with a handout of these tips and strategies to take home with you, taste some delicious alternative drinks, and meet and mingle with new people who will support you on this path.

Hi! I am a Health Coach and I help people reinvent and transform their relationship to alcohol. As a graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I bring with me all the major dietary theories along with teaching you practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in transforming your relationship to food and alcohol.

This class isn't about abstaining, but rather about moderation and learning a new set of skills to better deal with your struggles around this. Trust me, I've struggled with alcohol since I was a teenager. I drank a lot back in the day, and then became abstinent for years. But that wasn't fun either, so I started drinking again! This time around, however, I decided I was going to learn moderation, and a new set of skills so that alcohol didn't run my life.

As a result, I have learned how to have fun being this way! So, if you want to learn moderation and have fun doing it, then check out this class. I will share with you tips and new skills to reinvent and transform your relationship to alcohol so that alcohol doesn't reinvent you!
