The ability to see clearly how your thoughts influence your reality is an important part of leading a happier, more fulfilling life. So much depends on what and how you think. Through examining the top 10 limiting beliefs people hold through group discussions, games, and fun activities, you learn to see the ways your own thinking and beliefs about how the world works is either helping or hindering you.


In this class, you will specifically learn to:


(1) Examine Your Limiting Beliefs. You get the opportunity to work with the instructor and the group to examine:


.....Where your beliefs about who you are and who you are “supposed” to be come from;


.....Which beliefs are limiting you and which are empowering you; and


.....How your beliefs – both positive and negative – can become self-fulfilling

(2) Play Games and Enjoy the Group Discussion. Yes, the games have hidden psychological meanings. They are designed to show you who you are when presented with a direct challenge to your thinking and ability to act in the moment.


(3) Affirmations. As you evaluate who you are and who you want to be, you work with the instructor to create your own personalized affirmations to help create your best self.


If you want to learn additional tools for examining your thoughts and changing your thinking, come on out.

This is also BYOB for those wanting to be more festive. It's really about using the games and group discussion to see ourselves more clearly.

    I really enjoyed the class and the information the instructor shared. I thought he did a great job with some very sensitive material. I would highly recommend this class to others.
