Event Overview

There are many reasons that we come up with that continue to keep us from fulfilling our goals.

Often times, we utilize methods of wishful thinking followed up by self-defeating self-talk that gets us no closer to our goals than waiting on a fairy Godmother.

The purpose of this class is to assist women with the goal setting process while also tackling the inner negativity and self-talk that gets in the way of succeeding, all while using a "girlfriend" approach.

Through some self-exploration, group collaborative, creativity and goal planning, we can reduce our complaints and begin the action steps necessary to succeed.

What to Bring

I just ask that you bring an open mind and your top complaints with you!

Samantha is a nationally certified mental health counselor and life skills coach who has worked with clients for the past 9 years on setting goals as well as achieving optimal mental health. Samantha uses mindfulness and behavioral techniques to aid clients during their journey of recovery and preventing mental health relapses. Samantha takes on a very direct approach when helping clients with life coaching to help motivate them toward where they would like to be and helping them assess where they are in the process.
